Can it cope with Greek in the URLs?
Apparently does not, it creates this URL:

http://www.smfpacks.com/b2//greek-seo-mod-test-8056816695694079528048961958803/436/

So not very SEO-friendly for non Latin languages. Perhaps you could fix that? A transliterator function would do the job.

Also, what is the speed overhead of SEO features? I can see times of 0.3 secs on this forum which is kind of slow compared to my current 0.1.

Thanks for report!! It seems like I must add some extra chars conversion, amd about performance, it depends on your web server, for example my server doesn't allow any cache accelerator so with or without SEO it'd be slow, this mod add the same load as the other SEO Mods do, just a query or two (depends on cache) to URLS conversion

It looks a lot better now, I only converted database to UTF-8 and added a few conversions to the formatting function.

It is better but still some chars are missing. I can send you the mappings if you want.

Indeed. I notice that when the subject of topic is edited, the URL is also modified. Is there a redirect created for old URL?

It seems that with every change a new canonical URL is defined with the most recent change.

Minor issue with Similar Topics. As you can see, although i updated the topic title, it still gives me as Similar Topics a topic with which it no longer shares the same word in topic subject.

Similar Topics are using cache, so that'd should be fixed when cache is reset. It works that way to don't affect optimization of your forum
