Feedbacks / [Shoutbox Pro] Shout it out!
April 11, 2017, 06:21:13 PM
Hello!

Just as before in the activity stream, I would like to take a moment to appreciate the awesome work that has been brought for the shoutbox Pro.

I can't really say anything bad about this. It's probably the best shoutbox that SMF currently has and that is also why I can recommend it to anyone who would have doubts for not buying it. My members simply love it!

As said in my previous review, NIBOGO is always there for helping (I had a small issue placing it on a custom page) and it got solved really quick. He also picked up my feedback from the activity stream which is awesome!

NIBOGO cares for all feedback and responds on it! I can't really express myself about this. The gap is really close, which makes it really a joy to stick around and use the products around here.

So yeah,

Happy customer here!

Cheers!

Actually the copyright part doesn't seem to be such a pain as I first thought. So yeah, once again, I'm really happy with this mod :).

Hey there!

After a long time I came back to buy mods again and I started with the activity stream.

Why?
I was in need for something that gives a quick "up to date" status to all of my visiting users.
I'll be using it on my frontpage to provide quick information to anyone visiting, something I really required.

I bought it like an hour ago, and already got it set up & installed at my "testing" part.
It went so easy, with a custom support topic that was already there I got it working in less than 5 minutes.

But yeah, I didn't expect less from NIBOGO's mods. They're working nicely and the support is super fast.

I recommend it to everyone who needs to give people a quick heads up about their forums.

The auto-refresh allows users to browse the page while information keeps showing up.
This replaces the "new replies" and "unread posts" easily!

So far my little experience, but I don't expect more troubles.
And if so, It'll be fixed in a flash!

The only little downside I could share about it, is that I'm a little bit disappointed about the copyright placement. If it was placed with the original SMF's copyright position I would've appreciated it more. Dragonbyte-tech for example allows this.
Nevertheless, this mod is still awesome!

Cheers!

Sounds great!

I'll be getting it in a few days then :).

Well, I would really like to show it on a part of a custom page (through a portal block).
This ain't possible or is it?

Hi,

I'm having a quick question regarding the SMF Shoutbox Pro.
Can it be easily integrated/shown in a custom page?

Also, instead of having the copyright shown at the shoutbox itself, are we allowed to simply show it at the footer where the SMF copyright is at (at every page)?

Thank you!

Thank you :).
It's on my list for purchasing it in the near future.
Though, I hope that I can figure out a way to make group icons appear at their posting profile .

Could you provide me a screenshot about how the memberlist of a group looks?
My idea for using this mod is creating game-based groups.
Members who own a certain game can join the group and it would be easy to track what member owns which game.

Also, for that custom coding, would you do it for a price?

Hello,
I might be interested in buying the "social group mod" soon and have a few questions before doing so.
I'll get to them straight away :).
1) Can I create a page and display all members within the social group? Only for a few chosen social groups and visible for everyone.
2) Can I display the icon of the group in their posting profile? Not a must, but would be a + point for me.
Thanks in advance.

Mod Requests / Hashtag mod
July 01, 2014, 07:32:52 PM
Hello there.

I'm not sure if there are other posts about this on smf or if  this would be an interested mod but its worth a shot.
What about a mod that makes use of the famous hashtags, such as #thishash.

I was searching around and couldn't really find something like this.
Since it is something much used on twitter and facebook, why not using it for smf?

If a member uses #thishash they could see all messages with #hashtag inside a page.
For example, on page http://www.mywebsite.com/index.php?action=hashtag#thishash.

Not sure if you ever considered a mod like this.
But if you would bring out one like this, I would definitely buy it.
I hope that other people would think the same out of it?

Cheers.

I can recommend you the products of NIBOGO.
If it does what you need, don't hesitate.

Amazing mods and good support!

Awesome to know.

I'll be buying it when I finished my new design then :).

Hello,

I would like to know if I can implant the Pro Alert Mod inside custom made php pages through the use of SSI (or something else?). They are stand alone, no portal.

That's actually it.
Thanks!

Sounds awesome :).

I'll follow it up!

Hello,

I am interested to buy the SMFPacks Advanced Editor Mod.
I like the GUI and how it works but what I really like the most is the copy 'n paste function.

Though, the copy 'n paste function works a bit "off" I guess.
When copy pasting I noticed that it gave a lot unused tags such as

Draven
and so on..

Example:
http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1278330
I would like to copy this news into the advanced editor and I want to be able posting it in their style (not necessarily the same but near to it).
If I copy paste it here, it looks bugged:
ChampionsBrand
Pillar of Flame

 • Mana cost reduced to 70/75/80/85/90 from 70/80/90/100/110
Conflagration

 • Mana cost increased to 70/75/80/85/90 from 60/65/70/75/80
Pyroclasm

 • Mana cost reduced to 100/100/100 from 100/150/200
Corki
A common Corki complaint is that he feels extremely mana constrained by the cost of Phosphorus Bomb. However, after looking at his abilities, Phosphorus Bomb needs to be expensive to balance out its lack of counterplay. So we instead reduced the cost on some of his other spells to make mana less of a constraint overall.
Valkyrie

 • Mana cost reduced to 50 from 100
Missile Barrage

 • Mana cost reduced to 20 from 30/35/40
Draven

Will or can this be fixed?
Considering to buy if it can be done.

Thanks in advance.
