Wow. This mod is amazing. At first, I wasn't going to buy it because I don't really care much for private messaging, but the default messaging on SMF 2.1.4 is *brutal* to say the least. I figured I would buy this mod and give it a try... it blew my mind. It didn't just improve functionality a little bit... nope, Nibigo worked wonders to remake the whole system and private messages are now fun. I look forward to getting them because I am SO impressed with the functionality and layout.

This mod was super-easy to install with the automatic package manager and everything worked perfectly. I have one little issue with poster names being places on top of avatars but my website is highly customized and it's probably something in my code. Not to worry, I will figure it out.

If you're using SMF, this is a MUST_HAVE mod. It's the best messaging system I've ever used!!!

It would be nice to have a paid option that allows us to set a monthly fee that charges members for extra features like the ability to change the color of their name, a background image for their profile, a special badge beside their name, access to private boards for supporting members etc.

I have lots of youtube subscribers who would financially support my forum if there was a way to provide something in return.

I thought about purchasing this SMFPacks mod but didn't really understand what it did. I read the information a few times and then finally realized there was a demonstration video. I watched that video and got a better understanding of what it did. The video was really well made and convinced me to give CMS a try. Wow! What a difference this mod has made to my forum. It no longer looks like an outdated forum website from 1995. SMFPacks does fantastic work and is easily the best at making mods.

If you're been skipping the CMS mod because you don't really understand it, watch the video on the mod page because this is a VERY powerful mod that is well worth the price. I'm in love with it and you will be, too. It's really easy to setup and use. It's also a lot of fun and makes very rewarding changes that significantly improve the look, layout, and user experience. I highly recommend all SMFPacks mods, but this one is a must-have for every forum owner.

Hello and good day. I wanted to leave a review of the ShoutBox because it is absolutely amazing and really easy to set up. I have a large Discord server and wanted to move my to members to a forum of our own because Discord isn't that great for storing or organizing research/topics. SMFPacks has blown my mind with his mods, but the ShoutBox is my favorite because I now have my own version of Discord and SMFPacks has helped me make *exactly* what I wanted.

I haven't really used forums in 20 years, but with social media censorship in Canada, there's a new trend starting for people to control their own sites. SMFPacks has made that possible for me and I am huge fan of his work.

I have never used SMF before but I've built many sites with WordPress. I started building a forum with PHPBB and it was not a good experience. I then found SMF and it was a little better but not exactly what I was hoping to build... and then, finally, I found SMFPacks which is helping me build a forum website that I didn't even know was possible. I have some people helping me test my forums while I build them, and they all find the user experience to be much better than Discord, and I'm only getting started... I have a lot more SMFPacks mods to buy, they're amazing.

If you're even thinking of buying the Shoutbox - do it. It is well worth the price. All of the mods are amazing. Look no further, folks. SMFPacks has what you need at a very fair price. I'll be recommending him to every Youtuber I know who wants to build their own fan sites.

I would love to see the mention work with shoutbox. I'd also love to see your emoji picker integrated with the Shoutbox emoji button. I'm going to submit a ticket for custom work and see what we can figure out.

If I buy your Mentions system, can it be used in the Shoutbox chat window?

A good hashtag mod would be nice for forums to remain relevant in a world of social media sites. They could all be sorted into an alphabetical library.
