i wonder can i entegrate alert mod with mention (monotiz) and good post bad post mod. is it too much work for me ? i have no code knowledge.

You should hire me to do it. A tutorial is posted but you still need knowledge to accomplish it.

Yes, it's a customer only section you'll have access to after purchasing. Unlike monotiz's support site, people are actualy active here to help and your posts aren't set to admin approval ( i HATED that about monotiz's site)

Yes, mention can be added as an Alert, but as a custom work. I've integrated 2 of monotiz's MODs (like the SMF Social mod for my site) with Alerts. But since that is a paid MOD and one that didn't interest me, can't access the files unless you attach them in your Custom alert topic after you purchase the MOD.

For good post bad post, I never used it either, since I've used the Likes Pro mod from this site since it's release.

by the way. i also use thank you mod. but the think in GPBP is when a post receive certain number of negative vote the post is hiding. GPBP just does not have top comment like youtube.

i think likes pro also does not have top comment and hiding bad comment features ?

I think NIBOGO has plans to make a converter, that converts Thank Yous to Likes    Likes has Top 10 Topics & Top 10 Liked members on the Stats page.  Plus for Portal users I have custom blocks in the support section for top 5 Liked Users & Top 5 Liked Topics

Is there a special reason for this? Cause messages are part of a discussion, and no sense in unorganizing that discussion, people see the "top comment" show up first and it misleads what the topic discussion is actually about. Unless this is for something like a photo feedback section or something?

It could be done I'm sure, like instead of ordering messages by message id, order them by Likes received in descending order or something. But that'd affect every section on the forum. If you wanted it for certain boards, you're looking at a hefty custom job.

In Likes you have a likes counter at the top of each topic, when you click it all the posts with likes are shown ordered by likes received.

You know something, that could possibly be a neat addition to consider. Kinda like how the another announcement's MOD works, where it has its own header box above all the Topic listings on the Message Index page. Maybe make something like that for the Display page, where it's in its own box above all the messages on everypage that displays the most Like message within that topic.  ( Have it where it just displays the members name, avatar, message text, Likeds received, and link to the post within the topic.)

Of course, it would need admin options to turn off/on , and perhaps board options as well.
