Hi,

1.  Am I correct in assuming that SMF Dynamic Directory would be good for creating a directory of various club meetings?

2.  Would this be searchable by field, such as zip code or city or name of organization?

3.  Is it possible for users to  insert or embed a google map showing the location of their meeting?

Yes, no and no. The last two would need some coding. You can create custom fields for zip and location, but you only can search for name and description.
