Hi, I have the Download Directory Pro, but it doesn't work with SMF Pretty URL, is there a way to integrate the two?

I'm considering the idea of updating; but I have a question:

Can I change the order of the categories already? (I have 1.2.2)

Not at the moment, directories will be upgraded when 2.1 reaches a RC state, in that point Downloads will get that feature.
