Same question, I purchased ShoutBox yesterday, never got an access email with plugin or anything outside of purchase confirmation? Figured this would be more automated, but unsure?

Did not get any mail as well. Bought two mods some hours again (Shoutbox Pro and Advanced Editor).
Maybe the reason is that paypal and my user mail aren't the same?
