First, I suppose I should ask...  if I purchase this full version of Shoutbox for our forum, do I need to disable the one that came with ezPortal?  (We don't use it, but it's currently clicked "enable".)

Also, can this shoutbox be placed on a private board only?  We're thinking of using it for some of our online meetings that we've had to cancel in the past due to inclement weather, etc.  None of us are "Zoom" fans and don't really feel the need for video meetings,  if we can just talk to one another.  If it can be put on a private board only, would it just be embedded as a topic?

1. It should work regardless of what you have in EzPortal

2. There is no current way to embed within topics,  but you could add it as a PHP Block in your portal and handle where it's shown from there. That way you could have an if statement to verify if it's a certain board or topic.
