I wan't to ask somethink, i have dowloaded shoutbox and it's aswome  

But how i can to edit, like text, up to set like " don't spam please etd.. " 
And how I can to set to all bodey can see chatbox and chat
Cuz only owners can to chat, normal memebers can't to even see it
