social profile and conversations mods

On social profiles, the function where you can record who visits a profile, is there a setting that will exclude admin visits but allow other members?  I can see where and admin needs to be checking on problem members, and not want to advertise that they are.

On conversations, I see that there is a conversion tool. Is there a function that allows you to search your messages (now conversations) or archive them?
