Alerts Pro Mod and custom themes

I am deeply interested in the Alerts Pro Mod, but have one question, is it compatible with custom themes? I completely redid the curve theme on my forum, and I am afraid it might not work properly. What I'm referring to is the alerts icon. () can I change it's location? To say maybe the menu bar? I would appreciate if you took a look at my site.

Also, would it be possible to integrate the mod with SMF-Media's SMF4Mobile theme? Thank you.

You could do it, for sure, but it would require some custom coding, specially from CSS

Would I get any help from administration?

I'm wondering if someone has made the Alerts mod suitable for smf4mobile. To have that mod working with smf4mobile would have been really great!
