I am thinking of gong with the super pack. 

In preparation for this I was wondering which of the following mods I could or should remove. 

Also will I loose any forum info if I remove any of them eg YouTube links that appear in posts as an image?

You could remove Aeva (I've SMFPacks Multimedia Gallery) and Sitemap (I've SMFPacks SEO); however, you'd keep both if you would like to, and you are not going to lose anything.
