1. Sorry, but I don't understand this question. Could you re phrase it, please?

2. Payments aren't handled in this mod at the moment, but the mod let you choose the owner of each ad once they have paid.

3. Yes, that shouldn't be a problem!

Is the advert self placing by advertisers

No mate, you must manually create the ad (choosing location, limits and all that stuff). Then you can simply assign the ad to a member, users cannot do anything beyond keeping track of their ads.

I have advertod installed already and u modified it for mobile for me.
Can u make it possible that the owners keep tract of their adverts.
