Good day,

i would like to suggest a mod that should be useful to a wider audience. At least i hope so.

Basicly an admin would create a forum category x in which only member groups a,b,c would be able to see every topic and message posted in that category x.
"Normal" users from member groups d,e,f would be able to start a topic in that forum category x and see answers in the threads they have created.

A possible use case would be user support where semi-confidential data can be shared without the backlog of using a full blown ticket system like youtrack, mantis, helpdesk, etc. or even relaying on the use of PMs.

If you need/want any further explanation on this idea just let me know.
In general i would be willing to fire up the development of such a mod with an upfront payment.

Thanks for your suggestion, there are indeed a lot of possible cases for this feature, so it's worth looking!
