Using that link the view should be positioned on msg3613... but it is going to the quick reply section

This happens with "new" links too, like http://www.smfpacks.com/b53/show-post-likes-doesnt-works/1499/msg3499#new
(the one used on new images)
That is worse, because the you have to search for that "new" stuff, on every post
