Only thing I would see it being useful for is when members send cash or an item, but you do get PM notified for that already.   Plus there are 2 Shops for SMF 2.   

Maybe an integration with SMF Arcade, when a members high score is beaten?  I don't use smf arcade, but noticed activity stream was integrated with smf arcade, so just throwing that suggestion out there.

I don't know how both would work, what should be notified about shop and portal?

1. Aviso de nuevos items en la tienda a la venta, envio de items y $. Con lo del portal me refería a si es posible integrarlo por ejemplo en un simpleportal.

no sir, if you're subscribed to that topic you'll be notified. In the next release I'm going to make my own notification system, so you won't have for receive emails in order to be notified
