Looking at the Pro version of Advanced Topic Prefix and have some questions.

1. Where is the copyright notice, is it at the bottom, with the rest, if somewhere else where does it display?

2. It says I can use image instead, is there any set size restrictions on that?

3. Can I have both text and image based prefix?

4. I see it says I can only use it on one site, which is fair, would it be ok for me to install it on our dev site which is password protected and only a few can access it and on our live site?

5. Can you confirm, it will work with SMF 2.0.2?
