1) Is possible to set a limit for the download of users?
I mean not a limit only for the membergroups... but a limit for single users... for example: one download every x time... or just one download for each file... not managed by a cookie, but saved in the logs of the forum...

2) can i see what people have downloaded a single file, what time, how many times... what ip they used every single time?

3) is there a permission to let just to view the file, and another to let users download it?

notifications don't work very well...

i have evrything set in the site, pm and posts, but i never received a notification...

do i do something wrong?
