Hello everyone,

I'm sorry for using this website for this, but I really want to help this little dog. It's a female with 8-12 months (approx). It's really sweet and lovely. I found her last night when I was playing with my dog in the park. She needs a new home, and meanwhile I was able to found a foundation where she is going to be until we can found a new home for her.

What does she needs?

I'll have to pay an operation and vaccination ($100) and then I'll paying around $50 (monthly) to the foundation, and besides that all she needs is food. All I'm asking is any amount that you can give to her. If you are interested please PM me, I can get you the account of the foundation if you prefer to do it in that way. I can send receipts and photos from all of this.

What do you get?

You'll know that far away from your home you've changed the life of a lovely dog, which is going to be grateful for her entire life. Besides that if you pay him an entire month in the foundation I'll upgrade all the products you've to the copyright free version.

Current Donators:

Thanks a lot to the following organizations/persons for their help with Luna!

Please excuse me if this is not of your interest, but I think this dog deserves a better life :)

Today I received a wonderful donation by the admins of WikiLeaks Forum! They just sent me $100 to pay the operation and vaccination of Luna. I'm extremely grateful with them, and I hope this is another step forward the final adoption of her in a great home. Thanks a lot guys for helping Luna and the Wikileaks organization!

I know this is old but I just got the email for it today...you shouldn't be paying for anything. I've worked for 4 different rescue groups (for all animals) and I can tell you now someone who surrenders or finds a sick/injured animal never has to pay for anything.

In fact I used to foster animals and if they became ill the rescue group would come and take them to the vet. The only thing I would have to do was feed them (I paid for that).

So what was wrong with this dog and what happened? And why did they make you pay?

She was not at any rescue center or anything like it, I found her in the park, and my country is not like yours, here the only official center for animals it's call Zoonosis and they have a bad history, they usually put to sleep the animal in two weeks if its not adopted in that time, so they were not an option, the others are small ones and I called to 15 of them and none of them were able to take care of it as they did not had any space for her, you can even tell them that you are going to pay everything and they are going to reject it anyway, I can't blame them as they are not helped by the government either, so they just have small houses where volunteers do their best to help those dogs, and they cannot have more than a few.

The money was used to pay the place where she was staying (it took almost two months to find a home), all the vet stuff (first check, sterilization, vaccines, bath, and some eye drops for a little infection at her eye) and food.

Yeah our rescue groups aren't helped by the government either. Glad she's ok! Do you have any photos? :D

I guess it's then because those groups are bigger or have more support from the people, here you can't do a lot, I had not being able to take care of any other dog as it's extremely hard to do it.
No photos, but I do have a video:
