I've always felt SMF is one of the best forums in terms on layout and ease of use.  I've been using a SMF site since Dec 3rd 2002.  I needed a Mod that was a little different then anything that I've seen done before.  Not a Mod that most would find useful, but I still wanted it.  That's when I found NIBOGO.  Explained to him what I wanted to do in terms of the Mod, we talked price and agreed to proceed.  Through the process he stayed in contact with updates, helped with some running changes and in the end I got the EXACT Mod I wanted.  So I'm not sure who is the best Mod writer, but I can tell you I'm extremely happy with NIBOGO's skill and professionalism.  Based on everything he's done for me and what I see around here, I think he's one of the best.

If anyone is thinking of hiring someone to write a custom mod, I would suggest contacting NIBOGO.  I think he's the best.
